2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized soap products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance (unless otherwise stated)

4. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@ohlir.com or call us at +91-XXXX-XXXXXX with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or we made an error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@ohlir.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

8. Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You will not be charged for return shipping in this case.

9. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may return the item following our standard return process once you receive it.
